A second chance. A better future. This free expungement clinic offers eligibility review, expungement assistance, and resources & referrals to help clear the path forward. Lunch will be served. Hosted by Saving Grace Mission, Process to Perfection, and the Columbus Recreation Department, in partnership with the Mississippi Center for Justice.
What to bring for all charges: a background check and valid photo ID. For misdemeanors: abstract of court record and proof of payment of fines and fees. For felonies: indictment, sentencing order, discharge order, and proof of payment of restitution and court costs (the “fee bill”). For more information, call (662) 403-3248.
